What credit cards do you accept?
Currently we accept VISA, Mastercard, American Express and
Discover credit card payments only through our online shopping
cart. We can not process COD orders.
What methods of payment are accepted? Online:
The fastest, easiest way to order our products is through our
online shopping cart. By ordering online, we are able to process
your order quickly, and keep track of the status of your order in
our databases. 95% of all orders placed before 10 AM PST Monday
thru Friday with valid, approved credit card payments will ship
the same day they are received. All other credit card orders will
ship within 1-3 business days on average. Please note that
although most orders ship within 24 hours, we reserve the right to
ship orders in 1-3 business days from the date that payment is
finalized.
Online check payments typically ship in 7-10 business days. Orders delayed due to payment failure, changes requested by the
customer, incomplete/incorrect shipping address or back ordered
items will not be eligible for a partial shipping refund.
Mail:
To order by mail, use our online shopping cart to select items.
Proceed to the checkout area choosing "Money Order", and
provide the required information. You will be given the
opportunity to preview and print your order. Print out your order
and mail it to us with a money order (we do not accept cash or
personal checks) or your credit card information to: Citouch, Inc.

To order by fax, follow the instructions above for ordering by
mail. If you wish to order by credit card, please include your
credit card information on the fax. If you choose to pay by check
or money order, please send the printed order along with your
check or money order to the address above. We can not process an

Refund/exchange policy
If you are dissatisfied with your selection for any reason within
the first 30 days of purchase, you may return it for a store
credit or exchange. We will, based on your preference, either
replace the item free of charge (for defective products) or
provide store credit in the amount of your original purchase
(excluding shipping and handling).
To inquire about returning a product, contact
us and provide your name, order ID and a brief description of
the problem. We will send you complete instructions on how to
return your package. Please be aware that we cannot accept return
merchandise that arrives without an RMA number on the outside of
the package. Store credits cannot be processed until we have
received your returned merchandise.
Shipping charges will ONLY be refunded in cases where our error
caused the return or the item is defective.
