Please contact us immediately after your package arrives for a return of damaged or defective items. Returned products must be in absolutely new and unused condition for refund. If the Diltron malfunctions within a year of purchase Citouch will repair or replace it without charge. You are responsible for shipping charges on returned items.

Refunds will only be paid upon a cancellation of an order before it has been sent. If canceling your order, a cancellation fee of $15.00 will be incurred.

You may not open the diltron or copy, replicate, reverse engineer, or tamper with the software or hardware provided.
